ENTRY
Please enter via TennisLink and print out your confirmation number. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE DEADLINE TO ENTER. You may also enter by mailing a check made payable to IRC for $45.65 (includes $3 to USTA/Midwest Section and a TennisLink fee of $3.65)– to: Indianapolis Racquet Club (Attn: Steve Wakefield), 8249 Dean Road, Indianapolis, IN 46240 for receipt by 11/29/2010.

LATE ENTRIES
Late entries MAY BE accepted with a $10 late fee, if space is available in the draw. All players entered before the deadline will have priority over any late entry.

Tournament Director Selection!
Player's TennisLink Credit Card charges will NOT be processed until after the deadline. Players for this tournament are selected by the tournament committee using the latest points per round standing lists. Players may not have won more than two main draw matches in their entered age division in the last year to be eligible for this touranment. After the initial selection, late entries and/or alternate players, who are accepted into the draw, must pay by cash, check or Credit Card (V, MC, or Discover). Refund of entry fees will not be given after the selection process is complete unless the players complies with"2009 Friend at Court" USTA REGULATION IV.C-15.

FORMAT/SCORING
All matches are regular scoring on the normal 78 ft court, best of three sets with a match tiebreak instead of a third set. Regular (not green dot) Dunlop Grand Prix balls. First match consolation tournament and playoff for third and fourth place. B10s will also have a quarterfinal loser consolation, since it is a draw of more than 16. NO DOUBLES

FIRST MATCH TIMES/CHECK-IN
Matches will start as early as 5:30pm on Friday, 12/3/10. Matches will be played indoors at IRC Dean Road (Dean) and IRC East (East). Draws and first match times will be posted on the internet by 10 am Wednesday, 12/1/10. Times are official unless contacted directly with a revised time (please make sure that you have provided your phone number) and might change from the first posting.

Privacy issues do not allow USTA data base phone # or email addresses to be automatically downloaded to tournaments unless you include them with your on line entry. Please make sure your phone number and email address are entered when you use TennisLink in case we need to contact you with tournament information.

SITES / DIRECTIONS
The Indianapolis Racquet Club has two locations: Dean Road Club at 8249 Dean Road (16 indoor courts) and East Club at 4901 N. Shadeland Ave. (8 indoor courts). Friday matches will be played at our Dean Road location and Saturday and Sunday matches will be played at our East Club location. PRACTICE COURTS
Tournament players are welcome to rent courts for practice at both of our facilites. A credit card is required at the time of making the reservation. We accept Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. Let our front desk staff know that you are a tournament participant and we will waive the guest fees. Sorry, no refunds are given for unused courts. Call the front desk at (317) 849-2531 to make your reservation.

DRESS CODE
Proper tennis attire must be worn. Bare midriffs, spaghetti straps, short shorts and offensive t-shirts are not considered appropriate. Thank you for your cooperation.

RESTAURANTS & SHOPPING
Please visit Joe's Crab Shack Restaurant (located directly across the street from our Dean Road Club) while you're in town! Several other restaurants are located nearby both club locations. For shopping, visit Keystone at the Crossing Fashion Mall and Castleton Square Mall. Both of these major malls are located within minutes of the Indianapolis Racquet Club.
