Winter Jamboree Grand Prix I - SC L 3

Match times for the entire weekend are posted on the draw sheets. ALL PLAYERS MUST CHECK YOUR MATCH TIMES ON A REGULAR BASIS. SATURDAY & SUNDAY TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. DUE TO NOT KNOWING WHO WILL WIN OR LOSE in early rounds. Please check your Saturday match times between 9:30pm Friday night thru 8:30a.m. Saturday morning to make sure there has NOT been a change to your time from the results from Friday night. For Sunday, check your times between 7:00pm Saturday night thru 8:30a.m. SUnday morning to confirm your times for Sunday as well depending on the Saturday results. Thank You.

All matches will be played at the Rock Hill Tennis Center, 897 Maplewood Lane, Rock Hill, SC 29732.

Matches may start as early as Friday evening depending on draw size & weather report for the weekend. Format will be 2 out of 3 sets, with the 3rd set playing a match tie-breaker in lieu of a full 3rd set.

All players should check-in at least 30 minutes early for each match. The 15 minute default rule will be in effect and strictly enforced.

Draws are first match consolation type draws. Draws with 4 or less entries are subject to playing a round robin type format. Draws with 3 or less entries are subject to be moved to another draw so that match play may take place.

Awards will be given to the winner & finalist of each division. All participants will receive a Rock Hill Tennis Center long sleeve t-shirt as a thank you for participating.

The tournament referee will decide on all matters related to any changes or updates due to inclement weather.

If there are 3 or less entries in any age group, we may combine with another age group to make a larger draw. Please email the Director if you choose not to be moved up to another age group before Tuesday @ 12 noon. If you choose to withdraw from the tournament, you must go to the usta website & follow the same steps you completed to enter, but click on withdraw & follow directions. Once the draws are posted, we can not refund entry fees.

IMPORTANT!!! There are additional park spots behind the tennis center at Sullivan Middle School. We have only 35 spots at the bottom of the hill of the tennis center, with an additional 200 spots behind the courts at the middle school. DIRECTIONS: When you turn left/right onto Maplewood Lane. from Cherry Road, do not turn into the parking lot of the center, continue straight on Maplewood Lane. for 1/8 of a mile, then turn right onto Eden Terrace and then a quick right into the middle school lot by the tennis courts.

897 Maplewood Lane, Rock Hill, SC 29730 From I-77 North/South: Take Exit 82 B towards Rock Hill. Turn onto Cherry Road heading west. Continue on Cherry Road for 1 1/4 miles through 5-6 traffic lights. Tennis Center will be on your left. If you have come to Cherry Park or to Blockbuster you have gone to far. CiCi-s Pizza & TCBY are across the street, Little Caesar's Pizza, Penn Station, & Family Dollar are a block just before the center on the same side of the street. Call (803)-326-3842 if you need help. From I-85 take Route #5 or Route 161 towards Rock Hill/York, do not go all the way to Charlotte. Follow Route #5 into Rock Hill & turn left onto Cherry Road. Continue on Cherry Road for 2.1 miles and the tennis center will be on your right.

Within walking distance: CiCi's Pizza, Sammy's Bar & Grill, Little Caesars Pizza, TCBY, Little Cafe Family Restaurant, Penn Station Subs, Burk's BBQ, TOYO Sushi, Majestic Cafe. We also have a small concession area that provides snacks, sodas, bottled water & powerade to our customers. Within 1/4 - 1/2 mile drive: Chick-fil-a, Wendy's, Arby's, McDonalds, Subway, Bojangles, Jack-in-the-box, Starbucks, OutBack, Taco Bell, KFC, Thai House, Burger King, Jersey Mikes, Lee's, Wing King Cafe, & Firebonz.

Players may submit avoidance requests for playing times through Tuesday @ 12:00pm. If there is inclement weather, all requests are then denied.
