FIRST MATCH TIMES
First Match Times are posted above in the report. Draws will be posted on Thursday. Please make sure you pay attention to the site where your match is scheduled. We will offer food each day for the players. Subs on Thursday,Pizza on Friday and a cookout at the club on Saturday. We also have a catered dinner with a DJ on Saturday night. Fruit and drinks (included free adult beverages) will be offered each day! |

REGISTRATION - CHECK IN
You can register at the main site, Rockbridge Country Club, located at 4135 Rockbridge Rd, Columbia, SC 29206 beginning on Wednesday afternoon. We prefer that you register for the tournament before your first match, so we can make sure we have contact phone numbers to reach you during the weekend. Please check in for your match at least 30 minutes before your scheduled match time.

MATCH PLAY FORMAT
Best two out of three sets with a match tie-breaker being played in lieu of a full third set will be used for all matches in the Main Draw and Consolation rounds.

COURT SURFACES
Divisions will play on clay and hard courts (mostly hard). The court surface will be determined for each division after registration has been completed.

PLAY BEGINS ON WEDNESDAY !

USTA Regulations and The CODE of CONDUCT will be used to govern the tournament competition and participants during the event.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, March 14, 2010 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
