ENTRY FORMS:

Entry forms can be obtained by going to www.frippislandresort.com, half way down the page under Tennis, Kids Activities, and More Fun click on tennis. Then under 2010 Tournaments click on Fripp Island Fall Clay Court Championship.

SCORING:

Matches will be two out of three sets, with a match tiebreak (10 pt.) in lieu of the 3rd set.

SEEDING:

Seeding will be done using the ALL FACTORS METHOD.

MATCH TIMES:

We will try to start matches as late as possible on Friday, but matches could start as early as 9:00 am on Friday. Match times will be available on tennislink on Wednesday September 29th.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:

In the event of inclement weather, the referee has the discretion to change sites and or use alernative scoring.

REFUNDS:

Refunds cannot be given unless the player withdraws prior to the draw being made.

HOSPITALITY:

Participants receive a tournament T-Shirt. Drinks will be provided daily for the players. Lunch will be provided for players on Saturday. Non-players may purchase lunch for $8.00.

Fripp Island Resort offers players a variety of lodging choices. Choose on of our spectacular oceanfront homes to an intimate marsh view villa. Many are only steps away from our tennis complex. Player Selection Type

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, September 25, 2010 5:00:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
