MATCH SITES:
DATAW WILL BE USED FOR SOME MATCHES. WHEN CHECKING YOUR STARTING TIME BE SURE TO CHECK IF YOU ARE PLAYING AT DATAW. IF YOU NEED DIRECTIONS CALL 838-1504.

ENTRY FORMS:
Entry forms can be obtained by going to www.frippislandresort.com, half way down the page click on tennis, then under 2010 Tournaments click on Spring Tournament. Entry forms can also be e-mailed, faxed, or mailed to you.

CONTACT INFORMATION:
It is your responsiblity to include your phone numbers (including your cell) on your registration, in case we need to contact you.

|
SCORING:
Matches will be two out of three sets, with a match tiebreak (10 pt.) in lieu of the 3rd set.
|
|
SEEDING:
Seeding will be done using the ALL FACTORS METHOD.
|
|
MATCH TIMES:
We will try to start matches as late as possible on Friday, but matches could start as early as 9:00 am on Friday. Match times will be available on tennislink on Wednesday March 3rd.

STARTING TIMES:
First Match times can be found under Tournament Reports and then Future Match Info.

|
REFUNDS:
Refunds cannot be given unless the player withdraws prior to the draw being made.
|
|
HOSPITALITY:
Participants receive a tournament T-Shirt. Drinks will be provided daily for the players. Lunch will be provided for players on Saturday. Non-players may purchase lunch for $8.00.

|
INCLEMENT WEATHER:
In the event of inclement weather, the referee has the discretion to change sites and or use alernative scoring.
|
|
LODGING:
Fripp Island Resort offers players a variety of lodging choices. Choose on of our spectacular oceanfront homes to an intimate march view villa. Many are only steps away from our tennis complex. No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, February 27, 2010 5:00:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
