REGISTRATION
All team registrations should be received no later than OCTOBER 7th, 2009. Teams are eligible to register up to 6 players for singles and 3 teams for doubles.

DRAWS
Draws will be handed out at the coaches meeting. All seeding information should be sent to Joe Messick, Colorado State University Women's Tennis Coach: mjmessick@lamar.colostate.edu All seeding informatoin should be received no later than October 7th, 2009.

COACHES MEETING
There will be a mandatory coaches meeting at 6pm on October 13th, 2009 at the Darling Tennis Center.

PRACTICE COURTS
There will be practice courts available on October 13th, 2009. Please call the Darling Tennis Center at 702-229-2100 to schedule practice times. Reservations can be made (2) weeks out.

STRINGING
There will be stringing availabe onsite during teh tournament. The coast is $15 plus the cost of string or $20 with your own string.
