Unsanctioned Tournament This tournament is not sanctioned and will not count for ranking by the governing organization. IMPORTANT DATES TOURNAMENT DATES: October 21-25, 2009 REGISTRATION DEADLINE: October 14th, 2009 SEEDING INFORMATION: Sent to Danny Westerman by October 14th, 2009 COACHES MEETING: 6pm on October 20th, 2009 at the Darling Tennis Center REGISTRATION All team registrations should be received no later than OCTOBER 14th, 2009. Teams are eligible to register up to 8 players. In the unlikely event that the tournament reaches its capacity of 128 entrants, a selection process will be done by the regional committee determining the selected players. Draws: Draws will be handed out at the coaches meeting. All seeding information should be sent to Danny Westerman, University of Denver Men's Tennis Coach: danny.westman@du.edu. All seeding informatoin should be received no later than October 14th, 2009. COACHES MEETING There will be a mandatory coaches meeting at 6pm on October 20th, 2009 at the Darling Tennis. PRATICE COURTS There will be practice courts available on October 20th, 2009. Please call the Darling Tennis Center at 702-229-2100 to schedule practice times. Reservations can be made (2) weeks out. STRINGING There will be stringing availabe onsite during teh tournament. The coast is $15 plus the cost of string or $20 with your own string.
