EVENTS
This year's events will feature Men's Open,35,45,55,65,70,75 and 80 Singles and Doubles.... Women's Open,35,45,55,65 Singles and Doubles.... Mixed 35,45,55 Doubles.... Men's NTRP 3.0,3.5,4.0,4.5 Singles and Doubles....Women's NTRP 2.5,3.0,3.5,4.0,4.5 Singles and Doubles....Mixed NTRP Combined 6.0,7.0,8.0,9.0,10.0 Doubles All players will be entitled to enter up to 3 events provided that all 3 events do not exceed 8 teams or individuals. If all 3 events do exceed 8 entries then the player entering may only play in 2 events and has the option of choosing which 2. Also, if playing in 3 events , it must consist of a combination of 2 singles and 1 doubles or 2 doubles and 1 singles. This allows the tournament director to schedule and complete the draw in an orderly fashion. IF YOU DO ENTER 3 EVENTS, YOU MUST BE PREPARED TO PLAY AT ANY GIVEN TIME!

ENTRIES
Must be received by Sunday, April 25 at 11:59 p.m.. To register on-line go to tournaments.usta.com.. The tournament ID # is 704132310. No phone entries will be accepted.

ENTRY FEE
The entry fee for singles is $40.00 per event and $25.00 per person for doubles per event. All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society and are therefore tax deductible. Please note that there will be a processing fee of $3.50 for singles and $3.00 for doubles which is added at time of entry.

RULES
USTA Rules and Code will govern all play. ALL MATCHES UP TO THE FINAL ROUND WILL BE THE BEST OF THREE SETS. IN THE EVENT OF A SET REACHING 6-6, A 12 POINT TIE-BREAK WILL BE USED FOR THE FIRST TWO SETS. IF A MATCH REACHES A THIRD SET THEN A MATCH TIE-BREAK WILL BE PLAYED INSTEAD OF A STANDARD SET. ALL FINALS WILL BE 2 OUT OF 3 SETS WITH 12 POINT TIE-BREAKS IN THE EVENT THAT A SET REACHES 6-6. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to govern the Rules of Play in unusual circumstances.

STARTING TIMES
All starting times will be available on-line starting Wednesday, April 28 at 9:00. You can go to the tournament website to obtain your information. If necessary you can call the Greenville Country Club @ 864-370-7040 for additional information. All players should plan to be available to play at all times and are responsible for obtaining their own starting times.

PLAY
Due to the large number of anticipated entries, some draws will begin play on Thursday April 29 at 5:00 p.m.. All other matches will start at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, April 30. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS in scheduling so please be prepared to play when your time dictates. Some matches may also be played at alternate sites. Matches will be played on both hard and soft courts. The tournament referee will have discretion at all times. Please report at least 15 minutes before your scheduled match time.

PLAYER PARTY
There will be a Player Party on Friday, April 30 at 7:00 p.m.. All players and a guest are invited to a dinner that will be held in the Main Clubhouse at the Greenville Country Club. Along with dinner will be liquid refreshments and door prizes. The Marion Harris Award will also be presented at the dinner. Hope you can join us.

The Marriott Greenville is offering a special tournament rate of $89.00 which includes a Breakfast Buffet.Call 864-297-0300 for more information.
