Extreme Heat:
Needless to say that the weather has been extremely hot in East Texas and the entire Lone Star State. We encourage all parents, players, and coaches to drink plenty of water and sports drinks throughout the entire weekend. Avoid drinking too many caffeinated drinks if at all possible as they promote dehydration. The tournament committee will notify the site directors, roving umpires, and competitors in the event that the Heat Index reaches 100+ degrees and necessitates a shortened match format.

Player Gift:
All competitors may pick up their free player gift (towel) 30 minutes prior to their first match time at their respective site. All players are encouraged to go directly to their respective scheduled site and check in at least 30 minutes prior to their first match time. Please note that our tournament referee and roving umpires will strictly enforce the USTA point penalty system and players will get penalized for lateness.
