ONLINE ENTRY
All entries should be made on line at USTA.COM using the Tournament ID#704136610. When signing up for Doubles you will need your partner's name and USTA number.
|
|
AVOIDANCES:
Avoidances will only be accepted for Friday play.
|
|
EVENT MAXIMUM
Players may sign up for a maximum of three events.
|
|
SCHEDULING & LOCATIONS:
Play may begin as early as 1 pm on Friday for certain events and more than one site may be used.
|
|
REPORTING IN:
Players must report to the Tournament Desk at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled match times. The 15 minute default rule will apply. Players not available to play at scheduled times due to conflicts may be defaulted.

SECOND ANNUAL EVENT:
Join us for the Bigger, Better- Family Event in Myrtle Beach. Our first year was successful thanks to all participants and sponsors. This year promises to be even better. And don't forget, there are lots of fun activities for the whole family in the area- beaches, shopping, dining, and shows

ON SITE AMMENITIES:
Wireless Internet available on property. We also have: Swimming Pool, Locker Rooms with Showers. stocked Tennis Pro-shop featuring Custom Racket Stringing, covered gazebo area with picnic tables- all within 1 mile of the Ocean and The Market Commons shopping and dining.

DINING:
Continental Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday we will have box lunches and in the evening, pizza and wings. On Sunday we will have a cookout.

RULES OF PLAY:
The Tournament Referee will be the judge in all matters relating to tournament play. USTA rules will be followed.The Code of Conduct will be enforced.
|
|
MATCH PLAY:
Matches will be best of 3 sets with a 7 point tie break at 6-6 to determine the set. Single Elimination. alternative scoring may be used in event of weather delays (3rd set tie break, no-ad scoring)
|
|
COURTS:
Clay courts will be used but referee reserves the right to change court surfaces to facilitate continuous play

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, September 20, 2010 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
