Match Time Changes
Due to the withdrawals of some seeds there have a few match time changes. Draws and first match times are posted. Second round doubles will be Tuesday, not before 12 noon. Times will be posted Monday evening.

Match Schedule Information
Please be aware we will be starting matches at 9am most days and will be playing matches all day long. Players must be prepared to play a maximum of two singles and one doubles each day.

Consolation Draws
Players wanting to play in the singles and/or doubles consolation must sign up after their first round main draw match. This is not a feed-in.

Manhattan Hotel
Those interested in staying in Manhattan should contact the Park Savoy Hotel at 212-245-5755 or parksavoy@aol.com. The Park Savoy is a small, European style hotel that has an excellent location and very reasonable prices. It is located in midtown close to the F express train which goes to Forest Hills. Ask for Vesna Dojcilovic, Sales Manager. There is some construction going on next door weekdays that stops at 4pm daily. Ask for a quiet room and enjoy the great location & prices!! Doubles Entries
Entry deadline for doubles is the same as for singles. ALL entries must be done online. Players needing USTA numbers for their doubles partners in order to enter online should email westsideprotennis@yahoo.com.

Practice Courts
Practice Courts on grass will be available Friday, Sept. 11, Saturday, Sept. 12 and Sunday, Sept. 13 starting at noon. Courts may be booked up to 24 hours in advance. Please call the Pro Shop to reserve at 718-268-2300 x127. There is no charge to tournament entrants.

West Side's Pro Shop will be fully stocked this summer with a large selection of "whites" logoed with the club emblem. Be sure to check out the offerings from Fila, Bolle, Boast, Wilson, Prince, Nike and Balle de Match. As always, tournament players will receive the member price. Happy shopping!

Tennis Attire
All white tennis attire is required including hats, shoes and warm-ups. A maximum of 10% colored trim is permitted. Collars on shirts are not required but all shirts must have sleeves. Grass court shoes are NOT permitted.

IMPORTANT Parking Information
Players are invited to park in the lot next to the Stadium on 69th Avenue. Please be sure not to park on the private streets surrounding the Club. Cars parked on the private streets will be booted. PLEASE READ THE SIGNS CAREFULLY!!

In Case Of Extreme Heat
Due to extreme temperatures and humidity the match scoring format may be changed to a match tie-break in lieu of a third set. An announcement will be made at the start of play on any given day if the match tie-break will be used.

Registration & Gift Bags
Registration will take place in the ROSE GARDEN TENT PLAYER LOUNGE on Sunday from 11am-4pm and on Monday and Tuesday from 10am-2pm. Gift Bags will be given out there as well.

|
Lunch & Hospitality
The club restaurant will be open for lunch daily from 12-3pm.
Complimentary coffee & bagels will be available daily in the Rose Garden Tent Player Lounge. Drinks and snacks will also be available.
Please be aware the club does not permit bringing in food from outside the club. Thank you for your cooperation.

Our Player Party will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 15 at 6pm.

Please note: the number of seeds will be determined in accordance with ITF rules for all age groups to which they apply. The All Factors seeding method will be used.

Stringing
Next day racquet stringing will be provided by RPNY Tennis, LLC. RPNY Tennis was launched by Roman Prokes and services some of the top professional tennis players as well as amateur players. Roman has been present on both the men’s and women’s tours since 1991 and worked with players like John McEnroe, Jim Courier, Andre Agassi, Andy Roddick, Maria Sharapova, Lindsay Davenport and many others.
The goal of RPNY Tennis is to provide the best customization and stringing services available to any player, professional as well as amateur, at reasonable prices.

Coman Tie-Break
The Coman Tie-Break may be used.

Please be aware that GRASS COURT SHOES ARE NOT PERMITTED. This includes the Adidas Feather and any shoe with nubs or protrusions on the sole. Thank you for observing this club rule which protects the courts from excess wear and tear and thank you for your understanding.
