Gallatin Valley Food Bank
The Bozeman Gourmet Open is a charity event for the Bozeman/Gallatin County Food Bank. Any profits generated by the tournament will be donated to the Food Bank. All players are encouraged to bring two(2) non-perishable food items to the tournament to donate at check-in or throughout the tournament. We appreciate your support

Tournament Information
Please double check your start time as they may change before the tournament matches begin. If you have any questions, please call Tournament Director, Scott Potter at 406-581-9593.
Please check-in at the Bobcat Anderson Tennis Center 1/2 hour prior to your first match and 15mins before every other tournament match.Thank you for your cooperation.

Tournament Match Format
Tournament Match Format: All matches will be the best 2 out of 3 sets with a match tiebreaker (1st to 10pts) in lieu of a third set. All draws will offer a First Match Consolation format which guarantees two matches per event entered.

Tournament Entry Format
All players will ONLY be able to enter two divisions. Due to the match format and indoor tournament conditions, you will only be able to play in two divisions

Parking Passes
Parking Passes will be available at the tournament desk for purchase $2.50. Without the pass you will receive a $50.00 parking ticket. Make sure to get your pass from the tournament desk when you check in for Friday ONLY. Saturday & Sunday - no ticketing

Special start time requests
Dear Participants,
There will be close to 100 players in this tournament. Please be willing to start on Friday. Please, no special requests for start times on Friday. Be prepared to play the entire tournament.

Travel Directions
Directions to Tournament headquarters from I-90 are as follows: Exit I-90 at exit 306 Head south on North 7th Ave until you get to main street (T-intersection). Turn right onto main street and go 4 blocks to 11th ave. Turn left onto 11th Ave and go through campus until you see the Fieldhouse (big sporting facility) on your left. Turn left into parking lot and you'll see Bobcat Tennis Center at the end of the parking lot

Donate Racquets
getRacquets Needs Your Used Racquets!
"getRacquets!" is a nonprofit organization that is collecting used racquets to redistribute to needy junior tennis programs and players. They will have a Tournament Collection Site during tournament, and ask that you assist in their efforts by donating any unneeded used racquets to them (tax deduction letter issued upon approval of IRS 501(c)(3) status). Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, November 1, 2009 11:59:00 PM Mountain Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
