Boys 18's division
Scoring format change for Boys 18's consolation matches on Saturday ONLY. Due to the number of mathces scheduled and in order to complete the tournament, ALL SATURDAY CONSOLATION MATCHES WILL BE 8 GAME PRO SETS. This will mean there will be 3 rounds of the consolation played on Saturday.

Donate Racquets
getRacquets Needs Your Used Racquets!
"getRacquets!" is a nonprofit organization that is collecting used racquets to redistribute to needy junior tennis programs and players. They will have a Tournament Collection Site during tournament, and ask that you assist in their efforts by donating any unneeded used racquets to them (tax deduction letter issued upon approval of IRS 501(c)(3) status). LOCATION: MSU Strand Union Building Recreation Center - Lower Level
COST: FREE - Supported by the Bozeman Community Tennis families
ACTIVITIES: Bowling, pool tables, fooseball, air hockey, arcarde games,
FREE Pizza, pop, popcorn for all competitors. Parents welcome.

Tournament Format
Every singles, doubles & mixed doubles draw will be a "full feed-in consolation through the quarter finals" format with every player/team guaranteed two matches per singles & doubles division.

Scoring Formats for the Tournament
Main Draw Singles = 2 out of 3 sets
Consolation Singles = 2 out of 3 sets with 10pt match tiebreaker in lieu of 3rd set
All Doubles matches (Except main draw finals) = 8 game pro sets
Main draw doubles finals = 2 out of 3 sets with 10pt match tiebreaker in lieu of 3rd set

Play-off Matches
All Singles semi-final losers will play-off for 3rd & 4th place

Travel Directions
Directions to Tournament headquarters from I-90 are as follows: Exit I-90 at exit 306 Head south on North 7th Ave until you get to main street (T-intersection). Turn right onto main street and go 4 blocks to 11th ave. Turn left onto 11th Ave and go through campus until you see the Fieldhouse (big sporting facility) on your left. Turn left into parking lot and you'll see Bobcat Tennis Center at the end of the parking lot

Parking Passes
Parking Passes will be available at the tournament desk for purchase $2.50. Without the pass you will receive a $50.00 parking ticket. Make sure to get your pass from the tournament desk when you check in for Thursday & Friday only. Saturday & Sunday - no ticketing

Bobcat Tennis Center (MSU) - Montana State University Campus off South 11th Ave - Behind Fieldhouse
Bozeman High School (BHS) - North 11th Ave
If you use 11th Ave as your base for directions you'll do great. MSU courts are at the south end of 11th ave, BHS Courts are at the north end of 11th (5mins apart). Everything is within 5mins drive

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, July 26, 2009 5:00:00 PM Mountain Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
