Notes
All Matches will be 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring, with a match tie-breaker used in lieu of a thrid set through the finals. A 12 point tie-breaker will be used at 6 games all in the first two sets. Expect to play up to two matches in a day with most matches in the afternoon from 3-9 p.m. Finals are expected to be played on Sunday at 12 noon. Please do not schedule other activities during the tournament, due to court limitations, we cannot make any adjustments. Please do not request court adjustments after the draw is made. The USTA point penalty system will be in effect. Please arrrive 20 minutes early to check in for your first match. There also is a first match consolation tournament. Draws will be posted at 3 p.m. on Wed., Dec. 31st. Trophies will be awarded for both the main draw finalists and consolation finalists. Novice players are encouraged to participate as all players are guaranteed at least two matches due to the first match consolation tournament. Players registered after Dec. 25 will appear on the competitor list beginning Dec. 31st after 1 p.m. when the tournament will be updated. All players will be accepted from the applicant list.
