Warm Up Courts
Warm Up Courts on Friday, Jan. 9th will be available to be reserved starting at 5pm at the Maple Street YMCA (269) 345-9622 ext. 163. Also, at the Portage YMCA starting at 6:30p (269)324-9622 ext. 400. The cost is $25 per hour. You must pay when you reserve the court. Warm Up Courts will be available on saturday starting at 7am thru 9am at the Maple Street YMCA and Markin Center (reserve thru (269)345-9622 ext. 163). The cost is $25. On Sunday warm up courts will be available from 7-8am at the Maple Street YMCA and Markin Center, 9-10a at the Portage YMCA. Again the cost is $25.

Tournament will be a 64 draw and include a Feed In Consolation
Players may play up to three matches on Sunday if they are in the consolation. Please note that with the new Feed In Consolation Format a total of 16 players will be competing on Monday morning.Due to the increase of matches, the final rounds will end much later into Monday as in previous years.

Play begins at 9 a.m.
Main Draw will play 1st and 2nd round matches followed by the 1st round of the
FIC (Feed In Consolation)
Sunday
Play begins at 8 a.m.
Main Draw will play round of 16 and Quarterfinals
FIC Will play the 2nd, 3rd and 4th round of consolation
Monday
Play begins at 9 a.m.
Main Draw Semifinals, Finals and 3/4th playoff
FIC Will play the qualifying quarterfinals, quarterfinals. Finals of the FIC will not be played out.

Scoring
All matches consist of two tiebreak sets (with a set tiebreak at six games all), followed by in lieu of a third set, a match tiebreak (first player to 10 points with a 2 point lead). Advantage scoring will be used for all matches.

USTA/Midwest Section Domicile Rules
The USTA/Midwest Section Closed Junior Championships, the district qualifiers, the USTA/Midwest Section Designated Tournaments and USTA/Midwest Section Junior Davis & Wightman Cup events are open to citizens of the U.S., permanent resident aliens in possession of a valid alien registration card, individuals who are applicants for adjustment to lawful permanent resident status and who can present a USCIS receipt for a pending unadjudicated form I-485, aliens who have resided continuously in the US for more than one year and who are members of families of persons in the diplomatic or consular corps and aliens who have been granted Refugee Status, Asylee Status or Temporary Protected Status.

We cannot contact you unless you provide us with...
The USTA Legal Department has determined that they cannot provide contact information to tournament directors unless the customer provides the contact information during the registration process (telephone numbers and email addresses). Previously the home phone number and email addresses were pre-filled from the USTA Membership database when a player went through the online registration process. The pre-fill was removed due to privacy concerns. If you don't provide an email address and/or telephone number when you register for this touranment then we will be unable to notify you about any possible changes in the tournament.
