SEEDING
Seeding for this tournament was based on the Utah District Standings List of July 27, the Intermountain Standings List of July 29, and the National Standings List of August 6.

MATCH SITES
Matches will be played at 2 sites. Please check your draw carefully. IR=Ivory Ridge - 32 East Clubview Lane in Lehi. LP=Liberty Park - the entrance to Liberty Park is located at 650 East 900 South in Salt Lake. All Divisions will play at least one day at Ivory Ridge.

RESCHEDULING POLICY
There will be NO RESCHEDULING of any Sanctioned matches except in EXTREME Circumstances beyond the control of the players and only with PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR. Players rescheduling without permission will be DEFAULTED. All costs of rescheduling are the responsibility of the initiator. FINALS MAY NOT BE RESCHEDULED.

PLEASE NOTE - ALL MATCHES ON SATURDAY, AUGUST 15TH WILL BE PLAYED AT THE SPORTS MALL!!!!!!! PLEASE CHECK YOUR NEW MATCH TIMES ON THE DRAW SHEETS. THEY ARE 2 HOURS LATER THAN THEY WERE ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED - SORRY ABOUT THE BIG "R"!

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, August 3, 2009 11:59:00 PM Mountain Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
