31st ANNUAL SANTA MARIA COMCAST OPEN

OPEN PLAYERS PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE LARGE NUMBER OF MATCHES BEING PLAYED, ALL DOUBLES & MIXED DOUBLES MATCHES UP TO THE FINALS WILL CONSIST OF ONE 8 GAME PRO SET, WITH A TIEBREAKER AT 7-7. THE FORMAT FOR THE FINALS WILL BE BEST TWO OUT OF THREE SETS.

There is a FIRST ROUND consolation division for all NTRP & senoir divisions. We will be using a PRO SET format for all CONSOLATION matches. If you do not wish to particiapte in the consolation, please inform the site coordinator after your match. All consolation matches that do not already have a match time posted will be played on Sunday morning at the Minami Tennis Center.

The Historic Santa Maria Inn has set aside 10 rooms for players at a discounted rate. Rooms in the tower are $109 per night & all other rooms are $139 per night. This is a great price for this hotel, especially considering that it is a Holiday weekend, so please take advantage of it!

The Radisson Hotel is holding 10 rooms especially for our tournament players at a reduced rate of $114.00 per night. If you're headed north on 101: Exit the 101 at Betteravia. Turn left on Betteravia. Turn left on Broadway. Turn right on Waller Lane & follow it to the end where it runs into the SMCC. If you're headed south on 101: Exit the 101 at Betteravia. Turn right on Betteravia. Turn left on Broadway. Turn right on Waller Lane & follow it to the end where it runs into the SMCC.

If you're headed north on 101: Exit the 101 at Betteravia. Turn left on Betteravia. Turn right on Broadway. Turn left on Enos Rd follow it through a residential area until you see the tennis courts on your left. If you're headed south on 101: Exit the 101 at Betteravia. Turn right on Betteravia. If you're headed north on 101. Take the Santa Maria Way exit & follow it until you reach the first intersection, which is Bradley Rd. Turn left on Bradley & follow Bradley up the hill until you reach the Foster Rd intersection then turn right on Foster & take the second right turn into the school parking lot. Keep to your left, making your way around the buildings until you see the tennis courts. If you're headed south on 101: Take the Clark St exit & go right on Clark. Turn Right on Bradley. Turn left on Foster & take a right turn into the school parking lot. Keep to your left, making your way around the buildings until you see the tennis courts. There are NO water fountains at this site, so be sure to bring plenty of water etc.
