BOY'S 12-18 divisions will be on hard courts......BOY'S 8 & 10 and all GIRL'S 10-18 will be on clay

POINT PENALTY SYSTEM
Point penalty system is in effect for all match play.Coaches will enforce the point penalty system.

SCORING REGULATIONS/ FORMAT OF PLAY
Main Draw ---2 out of 3 sets
Consolation--2 out of 3 sets, playing a match tie-break in lieu of third set ( 10 points ).
The consolation will be a full feed-in through the quarterfinals.
There will be a playoff for third and fourth place in the main draw. Due to different sizes of draws and scoring formats some will not play consolation matches on Saturday

TRAINERS
There will be one trainer on site at Yarbough Tennis Center during matches. By law, trainers are not allowed to distribute medicine. Please bring your own Tylenol, Advil, Sinus medicine, etc.
If you have an injury or illness, we strongly suggest that you see the trainer. IF you need to withdraw due to an injury or illness, the process will be much smoother if we have confirmation from the trainer.
Remember that if you default due to an injury during the tournament, you must see the Head Referee in person or it will count as a "No-Show"

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.

Contact Information: Due to Alternate notification, time changes, and draw changes, it is imperative for you to add contact information (email and phone) during the online registration process when asked. So a player does not lose out, please help us by offering this contact information.

CHECK-IN TIMES FOR PLAYERS
Players can check in Friday from 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m August 14th or players can check in an hour before matches on Saturday at the Yarbrough Tennis Center Clay Courts Side. After signing in report to your site of play 30 minutes before your scheduled match time.

MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS
A signed medical release form is required prior to playing in the tournament. Parent or guardian must sign the medical release.Your child will not be able to be treated by our trainer without medical release form.

An STA L-4 and an Alabama level 2 tournament.
Draw limits: B/g 12-18's limited to 32 per draw, B/G 10's limited to 16 per draw, B/G 8's limited to 8 per draw.
