DOUBLES INFO
The deadline for notifying the tournament who your partner will be for doubles (not mixed) is 8:00 AM Thursday morning. If you want to be paired at random, the deadline is also 8:00 AM Thursday. Anyone left on the doubles list at that point will also be paired at random with whomever is left.
We will attempt to play 2 rounds of regular Doubles on Friday late
The Deadline for Mixed Doubles will be 10:00 am Saturday Morning! Please try to find your partner for mixed ahead of time or maybe Friday at Regular Doubles Matches.

CHECK IN
Players must check in at their site at least 30 minutes prior to their first match. This includes players that have Friday night doubles matches. Early check in on Friday will begin at both sites at 3:00.

MEDICAL RELEASE
USTA requires a medical release SIGNED BY THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN for every player. This form must be presented at the time of the tournament registration. FACILITY RULES
Players participating in the tennis tournament are required to abide by these facility rules of behavior on and off the court in addition to The Code. These rules also apply to parents, coaches, siblings, and other guests of players.
No use of any “?uck” word (i.e. “suck”) either spoken or spelled.
No use of expressions of frustrations with references to deities (i.e. “Oh my God”, “Jesus”, “Christ”, “God”) either spoken or spelled.
No use of “freaking” or “frigging” or “fricking” or variations of such either spoken or spelled.
No smoking anywhere on the premises. Premises included parking lots, bathrooms and anywhere outside within 30 feet of a tennis court.

Boy's and Girl's 8's have been added to this years event and we
have dropped the Co-ed 8's. This is an Alabama Level 1 event and a
Southern Level 4.
No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, July 12, 2009 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
