GIRLS 16 SINGLES DRAW-FRIDAY EVENING MATCHES HAVE MOVED
The 3 matches scheduled for 5:30pm on Friday at Laurel Park will be moved to Marietta HS. Please check-in at Laurel Park before going to the High School. We will have directions to the HS at the main site. It is only about 1 mile away. It is very easy to get to from Laurel Park

DEADLINE EXTENSION
DEADLINE EXTENDED --- Wednesday, August 12th. We will be accepting late entries until WEDNESDAY at 12:00PM (noon). Please email your name, USTA#, age group, & credit card info (NAME ON CARD, CARD #, AND EXPIRATION DATE) to Joby@allcourt.com. You must include ALL of this information for your child to be entered into the tournament. Your credit card will be charged a $50.00 FLAT FEE which will enable you to participate in SINGLES and DOUBLES. If they have a doubles partner, please list that person's name. If not, every effort will be made to find a partner for your child.
You will be e-mailed a confirmation on Wednesday, August 12th after this extended deadline. No phone entries will be accepted! Failure to include all of this information will result in not being entered. NO EXCEPTIONS!

TOURNAMENT CHECK-IN
Please check-in for the tournament at the main site (Laurel Park) before your first match. After the first match, you only need to check-in at the site you are playing.

SITE LOCATIONS AND CONFLICTS
All matches will be held at Laurel Park (LP) located at 151 Manning Road, Marietta, Georgia 30064 and at Marietta High School. Directions to Marietta High School will be given to all players at check-in. We will be making every effort to keep players from the same academy playing each other in the first round. You must e-mail the tournament referee (chanson1@bellsouth.net) to let us know what academy you are a member of. If you do not tell us then we will not know to work around it. E-mails must be received no later than Wednesday, August 12 at 12 noon.

TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY FOR PLAYER WITHDRAWALS
Withdrawals from the tournament after the deadline (& deadline extension) will result in forfeit of entry fees.

REFUND POLICY FOR TOURNAMENT CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER
In the case of a "Tournament Cancellation" (no matches played for the entire event), Allcourt, Inc. will issue a PARTIAL credit toward a future Allcourt hosted event. This credit will be determined by the ENTRY FEE PAID less the Credit Card Processing Fee, T-shirt Cost and USTA Head Tax/Sanction Fee. Participants will be entitled to pick-up their tournament shirt within 30 days of the end of the tournament sanction dates.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, August 9, 2009 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
