ON-SITE ALTERNATES
This message is for all those who are on the Alternate list! It is my duty to inform you that Chase Peery is planning on being here "On-Site" on Saturday in the event that someone cancels at the last minute. I am notifying all of you in this manner because he is at the bottom of the Alternate list. If anyone is interested in being an "On-Site" Alternate, they must be at the club for all of the 1st match starting times. They must also notify me by 2:00 PM on Friday Oct. 30th of their intent to do so. If there are multiple "On-Site" Alternates in attendance then whoever is highest on the Alternate list at the time will be the first to fill an open spot and so on and so forth. If you have any questions please contact Tim Eiff.
|
|
****ALL ALTERNATES MUST READ!!!!****
Alternates are listed numerically. You must verify that you wish to remain on the alternate list by e-mailing Tim Eiff at: eifft@lcclub.com. We need to know by 7:00 PM on Sunday, October 25, 2009 if you wish to stay on the Alternate list or be removed from it. Players who are on the alternate list and who are signed up for another tournament may receive Five Midwest Suspension points for signing up for two events unless they have written consent of both tournament directors. Thank you for your cooperation!

TOURNAMENT EVENTS FOR THIS YEAR!!!
For the past 4 years we have hosted this tournament, we have had a party on the Friday night before the tournament starts including a dinner and a fun event with prizes that are awarded and raffled off. Plus we have given a "goodie bag" of gifts to the players as well as a packet for the parents and coaches who attend. This was all due mainly to the generosity of our Fabulous Sponsors! Although we do have great Sponsors again this year, like most everywhere else due to the economy, we are having to scale back what we do this year. As disappointed as we are, we are going to have to suspend having our Fabulous Friday Night Party! We will, however, continue to have: a Great T-shirt, "Goodie bags" for the players, something for the parents and coaches, a great meal on Saturday for all the players, a raffle for some great prizes for the players, the Best trophies of all the Indoor Opens and possibly more... Then as the economy comes back, we will work towards bringing back our Friday Night Party! We look forward to seeing you during the tournament! Travel safely!
