DRAWS ARE POSTED
The draws have been posted. Please check back to make sure that your times have not changed. Changes to the draw will be updated as needed. We will call anyone after 6:00 on Friday if there is any changes to the draw after 6:00 on Friday.

SURFACE
Matches will be played on clay courts and hard courts.

MATCH SCORING
All matches will be two out of three sets with a 10 point match tiebreaker for the third set. Please arrive to your match 15 minutes before the start of your match.

COMPETITORS POSTED
Competitors have been posted. Players were entered by their Mid Atlantic Ranking. In the event that spots were still open based on not having enough ranked players, players were then picked by a lottery. In the event that you were not entered into the draws you were then put in as an alternate. All refunds will be sent after the tournament has been completed.

DRAW LIMITS
All draws limited to the top 8 players as determined by the Mid Atlantic Standing Rankings and tournament director. in the event that you do not get selected a refund will be given by check.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, May 18, 2009 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
