REGISTRATION
All team registrations should be received no later then OCTOBER 8th, 2008. Teams are eligible to register up to 8 players. In the unlikely event that the tournament reaches its capacity of 128 entrants, a selection process will be done by the regional committee determining the selected players.

DRAWS
Draws will be handed out at the coaches meeting.
All seeding information should be sent to Mike Phillips, Montana State University Men's Tennis Coach/Director of Tennis: mphillips@msubobcats.com. All seeding information should be received no later than OCTOBER 8th, 2008.

COACHES MEETING:
There will be a mandatory coaches meeting at 6pm on OCTOBER 14th, 2008 at the Darling Tennis Center.

|
PRACTICE COURTS:
There will be practice courts available on October 14th, 2008. Please call the Darling Tennis Center at 702-229-2100 to schedule practice times. Reservations can be made (2) weeks out.

STRINGING
There will be stringing available onsite during the tournament. The cost is $15 plus the cost of string or $20 with your own string.
