PLEASE READ! IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Boys 18 draws might change due to the fact that two juniors are waiting on the National Open list. I will post the B18's draw again on Monday if there are changes. Do not call the club to get match times changed. Please check in 30 minues ahead for each match. This will help us stay on time. Consolation match times are subject to change due to scenerio mathes. This means if a player had a bye their first round and wins their second round then the consolation round player would move one round ahead. You are responsilble for your own match times. Please keep checking the draws for updated times. If you are waiting on a match to go through just keep checking the internet for updates. Please read the draws carefully. Some draws do have a day off. This is the only way we could get all the draws finished on time. This is a Midwest Level 5 tourney.

We will start play on Wednesday at 4pm. There is play on Thanksgiving day. Draws for the tournament will be up no later than Monday, November 23rd. Please refrain from calling the club to get your starting times changed. We are planning for over 250 players.

Tournament Hotel
The host hotel for the tournament is the Courtyard Marriott Akron-Stow. The hotel is close to the valley and can be seen from Route 8. There are several sit-down and fast food restaurants near the hotel. The rate is $85 and includes a continental breakfast. Click here for more information or to reserve a room.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.

Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, November 19, 2009 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
