Directions: From LBJ Freeway (635), exit on Preston Road going north. Turn right at the first light which is Dilbeck. Begin to look for gates to T-BAR-M on the right.
The club has a restaurant and swimming pool. You are welcome to use both.

Practice Courts
The clay courts will be available for warmup from 8:00 - 9:00 am each day and after the matches have been completed for the day on a first come, first served basis.
Players must share the warmup time with other players, if necessary.
The courts need to be waterd and groomed from 7:00 - 8:00 am each day. The hard courts are available for practice anytime during the tournament (no reservation required).

Player Check - in
Please check in for the tournament 15 minutes before your scheduled match time. At this time, you will receive your tournament packet and tshirt.
After your match, please report to the tournament desk whether you win or lose.

Restaurants / Shopping
The Valley View Mall is on Preston and Dilbeck which is walking distance from the club. A movie theater is also in the Mall.
There are various restaurants south of LBJ off Preston in the shopping center on the right near Forest - Chili's and Mi Concina (mexican).
The Galleria is a very large, upscale mall with an ice skating rink in the center. Take LBJ going west and exit at the N. Dallas Tollroad going North. The Mall is on the right.
Walgreen's drug store is located near Preston/Dilbeck.

Trophies
Trophies will be awarded to 1st - 6th place and consolation winner and runner-up.
Sportsmanship award will also be presented.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
