SITE INFORMATION
The main site will be Princeton High School (which is just south of Queen City Racquet Club)..11080 Chester Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45246, The other sites we will be using are. Lakota West High School..8940 Union Centre Blvd, West Chester, OH 45069 and Courtyard Racquet Club..7373 Kingsgate Way, West Chester, OH 45069. All players, parents and coaches are welcome, at Queen City Racquet Club, to use locker rooms, the outdoor pool, etc.

CHECK-IN & DOUBLES SIGN UP
We will have check-in at Queen City Racquet Club, Sunday Aug. 2 from 4-7pm. Player info packets, maps, tshirts, etc will be given out at this time. You may also sign up for doubles during this time, if you haven't already signed up online or by emailing us (dorianna.manis@queencityfitness.com). If you do not have a partner, we will try to match you up with someone at check-in. THE DEADLINE TO SIGN UP FOR DOUBLES IS 7PM SUNDAY NIGHT (8/2).

MATCH FORMAT / SCORING
Main draw singles matches will be best of three tiebreak sets, feed in consolation (FIC) singles matches will be two out of three sets with a 10pt matach tiebreak in lieu of the third set. The main draw will feed into the consolation through the quarterfinals, there will be a 3/4 place playoff and the consolation will stop in the semi final round. Doubles will be 8-game pro sets

ORDER OF PLAY
Monday - Play begins at 8am with first round of Main Draw followed by 2nd round of Main Draw. We will start doubles on Monday, after the singles are complete.

RAIN
This is an outdoor event. In the event of rain, and we have to go indoors in order to complete the event on time, the charge will be $10 per player per match for singles and $5 per player per match for doubles. DURING THE TOURNAMENT , IF IT IS RAINING, PLEASE CALL 513-771-2835 TO GET UPDATED INFORMATION REGARDING STARTING TIMES OR RESUMING MATCH PLAY.

REFUND POLICY / WITHDRAWALS
There will be NO REFUNDS for any reason after the draw has been made.

PLAYER CONTACT INFORMATION
We cannot contact you unless you provide us your telephone numbers and your email address. The USTA Legal Department has determined that they cannot provide contact information to tournament directors unless the customer provides the contact information during the registration process. Previously the home phone number and email address were pre-filled from the USTA Membership database when a player went through the online registration process. The pre-fill was removed due to privacy concerns. If you don't provide an email address and/or telephone number when you register for this tournament then we will be unable to notify you about any possible changes in the tournament.

USTA SUSPENSION POINT SYSTEM AND SIGNING UP FOR TWO TOURNAMENTS
Signing up for two events: The USTA Code of Conduct and Suspension Point System is in effect. You are expected to play the entire event as scheduled. The USTA/Midwest Section Junior Competition Committee has adopted a new Suspension Point System. All players will be given five (5) suspension points for entering two or more tournaments that take place at the same time, in whole or in part, unless each Tournament Committee involved agrees with the multiple entries in writing via email. This applies to all players who signed up for the tournament including alternates.

USTA/MIDWEST SECTION DOMICILE RULES
The USTA/Midwest Section Closed Junior Championships, the district qualifiers, the USTA/Midwest Section Designated Tournaments and USTA/Midwest Section Junior Davis & Wightman Cup events are open to citizens of the U.S., permanent resident aliens in possession of a valid alien registration card, individuals who are applicants for adjustment to lawful permanent resident status and who can present a USCIS receipt for a pending unadjudicated form I-485, aliens who have resided continuously in the US for more than one year and who are members of families of persons in the diplomatic or consular corps and aliens who have been granted Refugee Status, Asylee Status or Temporary Protected Status.

2009 USTA SEEDING & SELECTION CRITERIA
All USTA National Junior Schedule Tournaments will adhere to the following Seeding and Selection Criteria as set by the USTA Youth Competition & Training Committee. One hundred twenty four (124) players will be selected based on the most current USTA National Standing List at the time of the tournament entry deadline. Four (4) players will be selected by wild card. Remaining vacancies will be filled by players from the National Standing List of the age division.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, July 9, 2009 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
