All players in tournament draw are reminded that the USTA requires a signed release covering all entrants in national USTA events. You must mail this to us before the start of tournament or bring it with you filled out at check-in on Saturday, July 25. The release must be signed by the entrant and parent or guardian of any player who is a minor.

Other hotels are Holiday Inn Express @ 812-526-9899 , Marriott Courtyard @ 812-342-8888 , Comfort Inn / Suites @ 812-376-3051 , Sleep Inn @ 812-372-7200 , Hotel Indigo @ 812-375-9100 , Holidy Inn / Dome @ 812-372-1541 , Residence Inn @ 812-342-2400 and others. Approx. 20-30 minutes from TLAC and playing sites ( all hotels are easy access to highways ) ... Hampton Inn (Seymour) @ 812-523-2409 , Holiday Inn / Suites (Seymour) @ 812-522-1200 , Comfort Inn (Nashville) @ 812-988-6118. Other hotels are available in these areas and surrounding cities. All of these hotels are just off I-65.

Tournament registration will be held Saturday, July 25 at Tipoton Lakes Athletic Club from 1:30-5:00 pm. There will not be a players meeting this year. At registration you will get your player packet, t-shirt, info, and player match card. PLEASE try to come to the scheduled reistration. Players that are unable to come at this time must contact the Tournament Director in advance for general information and check-in early before their first match. This is your responsibilty to know tournament schedule and procedures so PLEASE CHECK-IN SATURDAY if at all possible. Any questions that you may have in regards to tournament process and general info will be taken care of at this time.

Players will be selected based on the most current USTA National Standing List at the time of the tournament entry deadline. Players will be selected by the following ... 1.) Twenty-six (26) players from the top 200 of the most current USTA Standing List in the next lower division 2.) 98 players from the most current USTA Standing List in the current age division of the event 3.) Four (4) players will be selected by wild card. Remaining vancancies will be filled by players from the National Standing List of the age divisions.

The Player Selection and numerical Alternate Listing will be posted on this tournament page on Tuesday, July 7 by 6:00 pm.

Draw will be 128 for Singles and 64 for Doubles. Singles will be a Full Feed-in with scoring best of 3 tiebreak sets and Doubles is single elimation with a 8 game Pro Set / tiebreak at 8 all. DOUBLES SIGN-UP deadline will be Saturday at 5:30 after player registration period. There will be a third and fourth place playoff for singles and doubles.

Singles play will begin Sunday, July 26 at 8:30 am. Doubles play will begin at the conclusion of singles first round that day and we may try to play two (2) rounds of doubles on Sunday. Singles back draw will begin Monday, 8:00 am followed by 1 round of main draw, back draw, and doubles. *** Daily match schedule and times will be adjusted as needed.

From Interstae 65, turn on 46 West at the Columbus exit and go to the first stoplight, club is located on the left corner. We are about 1 hour North of Louisville, Ky., 45 min. South of Indianapolis and Indianapolis Airport. For hotel locations, Seymour, Nashville, and Franklin are 20 min. or less from TLAC. Local hotels are very close to TLAC and playing sites are approx. 10 min. or less from TLAC. Columbus North High School ( Main ) and Donner Park tennis courts are located close to downtown area and are the 2 main site locations. Columbus East High School is about 5 min. from CNHS site. Malls, Outlet Malls, resturants, movies, parks, and misc. are all close.

This tournament is a National Level 3 and Midwest Section Level 2.
