Historic Venue
The Newport Casino Lawn Tennis Club at the International Tennis Hall of Fame is one of the most prestigious and historic tennis venues in the world and site of the first US Nationals in 1881.
Its green lawns have seen the play of the game’s greatest champions and these tennis legends and their accomplishments are now enshrined in the ITHF Museum.
The Hall of Fame’s 13 grass court complex is a historic architectural achievement, first frequented for game and sport by the world’s rich and famous who summered in Newport at their “beach cottages”.
The venue holds the Hall of Fame Museum – the largest and most significant display and tribute to the sport of tennis in the world - and where each summer during our ATP tour stop in July (North America’s only professional grass court event), the game's greatest players and contributors are inducted into it’s hallowed halls.
Play on the Casino grass is a once in a lifetime experience for any tennis player and especially for those of National caliber play.
We wholeheartedly welcome you to our lawns!
