KNOTTS BERRY FARM OR MAGIC MOUNTAIN TICKETS

The winner of each division that have at least 12 entries will receive a ticket to Knotts Berry Farm or to Magic Mountain> NOTE: Players who are awarded the $150 gift certificates WILL NOT BE AWARDED Knotts Berry Farm or Magic Mountain tickets

FAMILY PIZZA PARTY

Family pizza party will be held at Lakewood Tennis Center ( on the second day of the tournament)

SCORING:

(UP TO THE SEMI-FINALS) All matches will be two sets, with a match tie-breaker in lieu of a third set

NOTE:

Finals of some divisions may be played on Tuesday (November 18, at 5:00pm)

POSTING OF DRAW

The draw will be posted on Wednesday, November 12, at 6pm

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, November 10, 2008 12 Noon Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
