All MAIN DRAW play will be at Tom Sawyer State Park (one of the Creason sites) - TS on the draw. Tom Sawyer has 12 outdoor hard courts which were brand new last season. Due to the larger draws, some of the CONSOLATION matches will be played indoors at The Tennis Club at Springhurst (SPR on draws) - 4109 Simcoe Lane Louisville, KY 40241. Doubles will start first on Saturday May 17th. YOU MUST REGISTER WITH A PARTNER as the draws will be done prior to the start of the tournament. Please be prepared to play doubles at 8:00am on Saturday May 17th.

Please register online for doubles also. If you cannot register online, please email topguntennis@earthlink.net with your partners name and USTA #. If you need a partner, please also email so we can try to match you up. We will not guarantee that you will get a partner though. That is your responsibility.

Please check the competitor list (at the top drop down box pull up your doubles division) and make sure that you are listed with your partner. If you are not, that means that either your partner has not registered for the tournament yet, or you need to specify your partner by emailing topguntennis@earthlink.net.

This tournament will be a great warmup tournament for the Creason Qualifier.

Singles Draws will be a Full Feed In through the Quarters and 3/4 playoff. Main Draw will be best two out of three tiebreak sets. Feed in will be best of three sets playing a 10 point tiebreak in lieu of a third set. 10 & under division will play two out of three sets with 10 point tiebreak in lieu of a third set. Doubles will be single elimination with 8 game pro set.

If you have any schedule conflicts (graduation, confirmation, etc.) please email these to topguntennis@earthlink.net by Wed. at 12:00noon. After that there will be NO consideration of time conflicts and no matches will be rescheduled.

All players must have a completed Medical Release form prior to play. Please click on the Tournament Reports - Medical Release Form at the top of the page, print and fill it out, and bring it with you to Tournament Check-in. This will make check-in quicker.

In an effort to promote match play and completing tournaments, players will be assigned one (1) suspension point for any match that is not played due to walkover, withdrawal, or default. While players do sustain serious injuries or do become ill, players pulling out of tournaments have become too common. The intent of this is to promote play, not punish players. Players are not suspended until they receive 10 total suspension points.
