SCHEDULE OF PLAY/SCORING
We will begin matches at 8am with play going to the last matches on at 7:30pm, with some players playing two matches. Saturday matches begin at 2pm with play going to the last matches on at 7:15pm with some players playing two matches. Play begins at 12 noon on Sunday with last matches on at 5:30pm. Players playing on Sunday will be in the finals of the Main Draw or Consolation (exception G8's will be playing their 3rd round robin match). Only one match on Sunday for all players. All matches (except BG8's) will be played out, 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring, no shortened scoring, no SuperTiebreaks, with a 10 minute split set break. BG8's will be playing out their sets but to 4 games (win by 2 games) with a 10 minute break if playing a third set.

Start times are posted under "Future Match Info" (above on left) by Wednesday, November 26th by 5pm. Please be careful when reading your match time because your win/loss time (second match) is also listed. Draws will be published once first round begins on Friday.

FOURTH ANNUAL TURKEY TROT TOURNAMENT
AT COLLEGE PARK
Please join us for our fourth annual "Turkey Trot" tournament. The BG12 and BG10 are Level 6 Challenger levels that earn points accumulating toward a midwest standings number. The BG 8's are in the Level 7 Satellite category where no points are earned. Any players not nine years old yet are encouraged to play. We will have a first match consolation as to guarantee at least two matches for every player with consolation finishing to the conclusion. College Park is one of the nicest clubs in the Chicago area with unobstucted viewing for all parents. Open to the courts below. We would love to have you play our tournament.

GENERAL TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
* This is a Level 6 Challenger tournament that is open to both Unranked and Ranked players.
* Midwest and Chicago District points earned for each round won in main and consolation draw. Trophies given to Champion and Finalist in both the Main and Consolation Draws.
* All matches will be held on 9 indoor hard courts at College Park Athletic Club with unobstructed viewing on each court.

USTA MEMBERSHIP
For the BG8's, this may be the first tournament you play so before signing up you must become a USTA member. Go to usta.com to do this. At the end of the process you will receive your new USTA membership number. Please write it down. In four weeks you will receive a membership card to use for other tournaments.

USTA CONTACT INFORMATION
Procedure for tournament registration: because of Privacy Laws, your contact information from USTA membership doesn't show up in the Tournament Directors' software anymore. Only what you indicate during the registration process shows up. We have no way of contacting you if you leave these areas blank. For instance, your opponent is sick. You may make an extra trip here and not need to. You must indicate all phone numbers, home, cell (a must!), work and your email address on each registration, EACH and EVERY time, for each and every tournament you register for.

NEW SEEDING REGULATIONS
The number of players seeded shall equal a power of two (for example 2,4,8,16,32). The maximum ratio of players seeded shall be one in three, except that any draw may have two seeds. No more seeded players at #'s 5,6,7,9,10,11,12,13,14,15, etc. For reference Friends of Court 2007, Page 73, FAC Comment II.A-1

Our restaurant at College Park will be open during the tournament for smoothies, sandwiches, soup, etc.
