New times for Sunday

Please be sure to check your times for Sunday. Matches that were in progress were schedueld for 9am. There were a couple other matches scheduled for then as well. If you find that you can't make your time please call the tennis center so we can notify your opponent. I appreciate your patience with the adverse weather.

Messages

Matches will be best of 3 with the 3rd set played as a 10-pt tiebreaker. Match times for second and third rounds are approximate. Players will have the option of a 30 minute rest between matches if needed.

BAD WEATHER POLICY- If there is rain we will make a decision for a delay and/ or cancel Saturday matches and reschedule for the same times on Sunday. You can check the website for updated information.

Draws will be limited to 8 players. Players will selected based on their mid-atlantic rankings, va rankings, then by lottery. Players will be notified that they are in the tournament.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, September 22, 2008 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
