Hamlet Homes Park City Labor Day Tournament

We will be running on or (close to) time schedule Sunday even if it is raining. Matches wil play indoors and outdoors if weather is ok. We have adjusted times for matches on Monday since it is pretty much assured to be darn cold and maybe snowing! Please review your draw to see new times for Monday. Take I- 80 East toward Cheyenne. Take the Park City exit. (it is the next exit after the Jeremy Ranch exit). At end of exit ramp, turn right. You are now on Hiway 224. Stay on this road for approximately 4 miles. After you pass a Big White Barn on your RIGHT - you will want the 2nd stop light. Turn left here onto Holiday Ranch Loop Drive. Follow to a stop sign. Turn right onto Little Kate Rd. Club is up several hundred yards on your left.

There are now 3 teams in this division. A Round Robin will be played. All players are guaranteed 2 matches - trophy for winning team only. Thanks!

I do NOT have any deals set up for this tournament with local hotels. Please disregard note below that says otherwise ( This note was put on for previous years and I cannot remove it). If you need a hotel, I would call the Peaks Hotel at 435-649-5000.

I believe I accommodated all of the 40+ people who asked for avoidances in advance. Please do not call me now with a scheduling problem! If you do call, I will still try and be helpful, but not as helpful as I would have been a week ago!

Matches will be scheduled on both outdoor and indoor courts. Players should come ready to play on outdoor courts, and dress appropriate to the season.

RAIN DELAY SCORING: In the event of inclement weather, play will move indoors and a match tiebreaker will be played in lieu of a 3rd set (1st to win 10 points). This scoring format will continue to be used until the scedule of play is brought current.

RAIN SCHEDULE OF PLAY: Order of play will be posted on a "followed by" format. Players will be expected to be ready to play when called. Late night play may be required.
