RAIN PLANS
In the event of rain on Friday night, as many matches as possible will still be played. Please do not call throughout the day checking on status as no decisions will be made until at least 4:00 based upon the current weather and forecast. Obviously, nobody would play earlier than their match is scheduled now, however some times may be pushed back if rain is an issue.

DIRECTIONS TO GREENHILL TENNIS CENTER
From I-635 take Midway Road north past Spring Valley Road. Turn left on Hornet Road (into Greenhill School grounds). Go to the end of the parking lot.
From North Dallas Tollway - Take Spring Valley Road exit and go west. Turn right (north) on Midway road, turn left on Hornet Road and go to the end of the parking lot.

MULTIPLE SITES ON FRIDAY NIGHT
Due to the large size of the draw, we will be playing some matches at Greenhill Tennis Center on Friday night only. When you check for your match time, make sure you also look to see which site you are playing at (Friday night only). All Saturday and Sunday matches will be at Brookhaven CC. If you have GH listed after your match time on Friday night, you are playing at Greenhill. You only need to check in at the site you are playing at.

MATCH FORMAT
In the event the heat index stays at 100 degrees or higher, all matches will utilize the 10 point match tiebreaker in lieu of a 3rd set. You will be informed at the tournament desk of this decision when you check in for your first match.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Friday, August 1, 2008 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
