Qualifier for Southern Closed

The Joe Creason Kentucky State Qualifier is the junior qualifying tournament for the Southern Closed Championships. This is a State Level 1, Southern Level 4 tournament. Deadline for sign up for the Closed events is JUNE 8. more info

6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Tennis Club at Springhurst, 4109 Simcoe Lane, Louisville. DO NOT CALL THE CLUB with questions. Email me at Creason07@aol.com. Our Jr Council Reps will speak to the parents and kids at 6:45. This is a very impt. meeting, so make every effort to be there. Registration, medical release forms, player packets, tshirts, and a special gift from YUM! for all who come to registration! Eligibility: Residency Requirements/Birth Certificates

A player must have established a legal residency in KY (exceptions Boone, Campbell, and Kenton Counties); hold a current USTA membership card assigned to KY, be a US citizen, resident alien in possession of a valid alien card, or alien diplomatic or consular corps. The legal residency of the player is that of the parents. All players must have a Birth Certificate on file in the southern office for proof of US Citizenship by faxing to 770-368-9091. Put Joe Creason KY State Qualifier and your child's USTA number on the cover of the fax page.

B/G Zonals info. 12s: six teams (36 boys, 36 girls) will be selected for Nashville. 14s: five teams (30 boys, 30 girls) will be selected for Dothan. 16s: six teams (36 boys, 36 girls) will be selected for Wake Forest. Sign up online. more info
