FORMAT CHANGE
Empire Cup will now utilize no-ad scoring. Once a game reaches 40-40, the receiving team decides whether to play a final point in the deuce or ad court, and the outcome of that point decides the game.

Match Format
Main Draw & 3/4 Playoff: Matches will be the best of three tie-break sets, with a Deciding Match Tie-Break in lieu of the third set. If teams split sets, there will be a 2-minute on court break before a 10 point Deciding Match Tie-break will be played. Coaching is not allowed during the 2 minute break. Players are responsible for checking the draws for their match times. Please arrive and check-in at least 15 minutes before your match. Consolation Draw: An 8 game pro set

Court Reservations
Court reservations for warm ups can be made by calling the front desk at 516.883.6425. Reservations are based on availability and are subject to a rental fee.

Code Of Conduct: By registering for this tournament you agree to abide by the Rules & Regulations set forth in the USTA Friend at Court, the USTA Standards of Conduct, as well as the USTA Eastern Section's Rules & Regulations. The rules apply to parents & spectators as well; the player is responsible for their entourage. Poor behavior by the spectators may result in point penalties for the players. Poor personal behavior, bad sportsmanship or any acts detrimental to the game could prevent section endorsement. Registration and Withdrawals Withdrawals can be done online before registration closes. Select "Withdraw" under the blue Edit Registration Menu on the lower left of this tournament homepage. Refunds will not be given after the close of registration.

Empire Cup Doubles The Empire Cup is a doubles ONLY tournament, in which Eastern players have the opportunity to compete for L3 & L4 points.

National Level 4 This event is a National Level 4; Please see the point tables at eastern.usta.com for further information on ranking points.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, January 23, 2018 1:00:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
