Match Format
All Boys and Girls 12-18 matches will play the best of three (3) tie-break sets. All matches will be played with regular scoring. The Boys and Girls 10 singles will be played with the "green" ball on a regular sized 78' court. All matches (including the finals) will play a “Deciding Match Tie-Break” (first to 10) in lieu of a third set.
The Boys 10 and Girls 10 singles playing with the "Orange" ball will play a 8 game pro-set round robin. Match formats and times may be altered at the discretion of the Referee for a cogent reason.

Official Ball
The Pro Penn Maraton ball will be used for the BG12-18. The BG10s will play with the Penn Green Dot ball or Penn Orange ball for orange ball division.

FRIENDS, ETC.)
In an effort to promote a more enjoyable
and fair experience for all, the following policy is in immediate force and
effect, and will be diligently and stringently enforced. USTA Southern
California (SCTA) has implemented a “ZERO TOLERANCE”
policy on improper behavior.
1. Any attempt by a spectator to speak
to an official regarding a line call or other ruling during match play will be
cause for immediate removal from the playing area and, if warranted, from the
premises.
2. Any spectator behavior deemed
unacceptable towards a player, other spectator or staff member will be cause
for immediate removal from the playing area or the entire premises. If said
behavior is directed towards a player, either before, during or after a
tournament, it will result in an automatic
and immediate suspension of that spectator’s right to attend USTA Southern
California

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, September 5, 2018 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
