10 Green Notes regarding Midwest Youth Progression
This tournament is part of the USTA/Midwest Youth Progression
Tournament System. Youth progression is a great way for players 10
and Under to progress through the pathway of 10 and Under Tennis
with important goals and milestones to meet. For more information
about Earned Advancement, please visit
www.midwest.usta.com/earnedadvancement or contact Olivia Pursell at
the Midwest Section at Olivia@midwest.usta.com or (317)
669-0456.
We work hard to schedule matches to ensure our tournaments run "on
time." All players will receive a tournament t-shirt and goodie
bag.
If you have any questions, feel free to call the Tournament
Director, Steve Haas at 630-660-1943 or you may call the Naperville
Tennis Club at 630-355-5600. Thank you, and we look forward to
seeing you at the tournament!
Draws may be limited so that the events finish in 2 days.
Players are selected using the most current Midwest Standing List.
FMLC (players are guaranteed a minimum of 2 matches), backdraw may
not be played to completion.
The tournament site is Naperville Tennis Club: 1011 East Benton
Ave. The club is conveniently located by downtown Naperville and
the shopping along Ogden Ave. This is helpful for lunch and dinner
breaks.
Please read through this homepage before signing up for the
tournament as many questions are addressed here.
GET SIGNED UP/WHY WAIT?:
Please do not "wait" for other players to sign up. This is
something that circles back and then few people sign up until the
last minute. If you are free and want to play...sign up. Other
"waiting" people will see names and then sign up too and
Tah-Dah...we have a nice draw with healthy competition for
all!
FIRST MATCH START TIMES:

the Tournament Director's software anymore. Only what you indicate

minute due to injury, illness, or a family emergency you might make
a trip to the tournament and not need to if we had a way of
reaching you. You must indicate all phone numbers, home and cell (a
MUST), email addresses and more for each USTA tournament
registration, EACH and EVERY time, for each and every tournament
you enter, even if you have played a tournament with Naperville
before.

Please call/email Naperville Tennis Club (630)355-5600 or
info@napervilletennis.com. Make sure you reference the name of the
tournament, player's name, and age group as we do have a lot of
tournament overlap.
