INCLEMENT WEATHER UPDATE - SUNDAY 11:30AM
Due to the continuous rain, we have decided to cancel the remainder of the tournament. Thank you to all players and parents for your patience while we tried to get as many matches played as possible this weekend. We look forward to seeing you next year.
All matches that are in the same round (quarterfinals or consolation quarterfinals qualifier) as matches that are in progress or have been completed will continue to use regular scoring. ALL MATCHES THAT ARE IN NEW ROUNDS THAT DO NOT HAVE A MATCH STARTED WILL USE SHORT SET SCORING TO 4 AND WILL USE NO-AD SCORING. All 8 & under matches have been cancelled for the weekend. There is a 100% chance of rain for Sunday so we realize this may be futile..
Next Weather Update will be posted at Sunday 11:30am.

Draws and Update for This Weekend
We will post the draws on Thursday at 1pm. ALL MATCHES WILL BE HELD AT PARK ROAD PARK.
The weather forecast for the weekend is not very promising. There is a 50% chance of rain on Saturday afternoon and a 100% chance of rain on Sunday.
We will begin doubles play on Friday evening at 5pm. All doubles matches will be played to completion on Friday evening.
Singles play will begin at 8am on Saturday morning. In regards to scheduling, we are trying to get as many matches in Saturday morning and early afternoon as possible. This may cause matches to run behind if we have a lot of long matches or split sets.
We are asking for your patience as we try to get as many matches in as possible before the rain begins.
We also ask for your cooperation to assist us in keeping the tournament moving forward in a quick and efficient manner by: 1) Please check in to the tournament desk a minimum of 15 minutes ahead of your match time, 2) BE READY TO GO ON COURT WHEN CALLED (use the bathroom, get water, get your bag ahead of checking in for your match), 3) Stay within 100 feet of the tournament desk after you check in so that you can hear your name when called and LISTEN for your name to be called, and 4) When assigned a court, please go straight to your court and adhere to the 5 minute warmup..
If every player takes 5 minutes to get to the tournament desk and then to their court to begin, the tournament will be behind by two hours by the end of the day. Please assist us in trying to get as many matches played as possible on Saturday.
