IMPT: Monday Withdrawal Rule to Keep Ranking Points Remains in Effect in 2018 - Please Read
Players are required to inform the tournament desk or tournament director the day before of their intent not to complete their matches on the last day of the tournament. This must occur no later than 6pm Sunday for singles draws that end on Monday or 6pm Monday for singles draws that end on Tuesday. It also can be done within 15 minutes of completing their final match of the day (whichever is later). For this tournament, all B draw singles players must inform the site or tournament director by Sunday at 6pm for Monday (9/3) matches. All A draw singles players must inform the site or tournament director by Monday at 6pm for Tuesday (9/4) matches. The director will inform the opponent immediately of any withdrawals. Players who pull out after Sunday or Monday at 6pm will have their match coded as a withdrawal and will receive no points for their wins in that tournament. If a player gets injured or ill after that 6pm deadline and they think it's important to "keep their points" they (the player) will need to physically show up on Monday or Tuesday morning and pull out in person in order to have that match coded a walkover and retain their points.

Inappropriate umpire/spectator communication, whether it be about a ruling or any other facet of a tennis event is prohibited while a match is in progress. Being a parent, coach, etc. does not endow special privileges. With the only exception of the right to remove their own child from competition at any time, a parent or coach is merely a spectator.

Regardless if you register on the website or mobile app after completing the registration you should visit the USTA web driven site and confirm your registration by finding the player in the applicants list. If you select to skip this process please be aware that should any malfunctions of the system occur, players will not be granted late entrance in the event due to a system error.
