Tournament Performance Shirts - 2nd shipment of shirts - exchange for correct sizes
I originally ordered 85 shirts based on the number of entrants on July 1st. When 45 players signed up between July 2nd and 8th, I placed a 2nd order of shirts. Unfortunately, UPS lost the shipment and they did not get printed as a result. As a result, we ran out of almost all sizes on the 1st weekend. I picked up the 2nd set today. Thus, there should be proper sizing available for everyone now. If you took a shirt of the wrong size last weekend, feel free to exchange it for the right size this coming weekend.

Payment at Desk - Checks preferred - Remember, if you did not sign up by the original July 1st deadline, there is a $15 late fee
The preferred method of payment at the desk is check. However, we will also be able to take cash. Credit Card payment is available, but least preferred. I created a report of players who qualified for the early bird pricing of $33 by signing up by July 1st. The link to said the report is above and was posted on July 2nd with note (taken down on the 4th). Everyone not on the report is subject to the additional $15 (which is really regular price) payable at the desk. I apologize that i wasn't able to adjust the online pricing to make payment more convenient for everyone who signed up between July 2 and 8.

Girls 14s and 16s doubles combined with first match losers consolation added to ensure 2 matches - draw has been posted
As a thank you to the players who entered 14s doubles but were willing to play with the 16s, I have added a 1st match losers consolation to ensure they get at least two matches.
|
Boys 14s doubles will be round robin
In order to make this event happen, I made the Boys 14s doubles a round robin and scheduled the 3rd team during the 1st weekend only.
|
Consolation added to Boys and Girls 10 & under
Since there were so few entries for girls and boys 10 and under, I have decided to make these 1st round loser consolation events so that each player is guaranteed two matches. The girls 10s will take place this Saturday and Sunday. (14 and 15th). Note that trophies will be presented not be presented until the 15th.

PERFORMANCE tees to all entrants!! This year's shirt color will be Ice blue - very cool!
Thanks to the continued generous sponsorship by John Moores, Jr. We are able to provide every player with a performance shirt again this year! This year, I am going back to the super soft, super comfy material that is perfect for wearing on hot days!
