Each draw will be limited to 16 players with a Feed in thru Quarterfinals (FICQ); with a 3/4 playoff match.

Selection Process
Players will be selected based on the most recent published NC standing list. Effective 1/2018, Level 4 (NC L4): Player must have one of the following: -Some NC standing -A verifiable player record, i.e. JTT, High School, Middle School, other district/sectional rank The names of players who have been selected will appear as "Competitors" after the tournament deadline when selections are made. Contact us immediately if you realize that you cannot participate.

Sportsmanship Reminder
In order to truly enjoy the sport of tennis, it is essential to display good sportsmanship which includes abiding by the rules, playing fair, and showing respect for your opponent. PLAYER'S RESPONSIBILITY
It is the PLAYER'S responsibility to know their next match time and show up in a timely manner. Check website often for updated match times. PLAYERS MUST CHECK IN FOR EACH MATCH 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO ITS SCHEDULED START TIME. ALL USTA RULES WILL BE ENFORCED FOR LATENESS.

SELECTION OF PLAYERS
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.

COURT SURFACE
Divisions in 12's & 14's will play outside on clay courts. Divisions in 10's 16's & 18's will play outside on hard courts.

FORMAT & SCORING
Singles matches will play best 2 out of 3 sets, with a 10 point match tiebreaker for the 3rd set. The 10's division plays short sets to 4 with a 7 point tiebreak for the third set. Double will play eight game pro set.

TOURNAMENT WITHDRAWLS
If you need to withdraw before entries close, you must do so online. Click on "Edit Registration," then "Withdraw." You will need your original confirmation number. All withdrawals after entries close must be sent BOTH in writing by email (to the Tournament Director's address above) and by phone to the tournament site. Players withdrawing after the tournament deadline/selection will not be refunded the entry fee.

PLAYER AMENITIES
All tournament players will receive a gift at registration. Hamburgers, hot dogs and veggie patties will be available for lunch on Saturday for players.
