Match Schedule Info - Future Match Info

First Match time, day and location.
Open the "Match Schedule Info - Future Match Info" report just below the IMPORTANT INFO block on the tournament home page for an alpha list of players and their first match time day and location.
W:tells the 2nd match for the player if he/she wins the first match. L: tells the 2nd match for the player who loses his/her first match (You can also see the draws, and if you are very familiar with reading a draw, you can follow the possible paths of players in the draws throughout the tournament. Schedules may be modified as necessary.)

Draw modifications due to number of entries.
B10 singles - cancelled due to only 2 entries. B12 singles - changed to a FIC through the Quarterfinals +third place playoffs.- 16 entries. B14 singles - changed to a FIC through the Semifinals - 6 entries G10 Green Ball - format is 5 player Round Robin due to a late withdrawal.- first match times for players have not changed. G12 singles - First Match Consolation + Quarterfinals Loser Consolation + third place playoffs.

Two singles matches are possible on Friday evening. Requests for
special scheduling may not be able to be accommodated.
Draws MAY be limited to 24 or 32 players. Two rounds are possible on Friday evening as early as 6:00 pm and are nomally played at the IRC Dean Rd Club (8249 Dean Rd.; Indianapolis, IN 46240) Saturday and Sunday matches will normally be at IRC East Club. (4901 N. Shadland Ave.; Indianapolis, IN 46226)

* Competitors and seeds will be selected using the most current pts/rd lists available from 1.) Midwest/Sectional, 2.) National, and 3.) CITA/District in the entered age division.
* Unseedable late entries MAY be added into a bye slot if time is available and all on-time entries have been selected. A $10 late fee will be added to the entry fee. Late entries, if accepted, will need to provide a valid CC# by phone if put into the draw
* Those players who are not selected to play will be placed on an alternate list that will be used to fill spots if there are withdrawals from the tournament.
* Alternates will not have been charged on TennisLink and will need to provide a valid CC# by phone if put into the draw due to a withdrawal.
* Seed-able players are not eligible to be alternates or late entries after the draw is made.

* Scoring format - Best of three sets. First two sets are tiebreak sets using regular ad scoring and a match tiebreak (10 point) instead of a third set. A three minute break with coaching is authorized after spit sets.

* Dunlop Grand Prix balls will be used for all matches
|
* A Modified Feed-in Consolation Draw (MFIC) includes a first match loser consolation(FMC), a Quarterfinal loser consolation (QFC) and a playoff for 3rd place.
* Small draws MAY be converted to a Feed-in Consolation Draw (FIC).

The tournament entry fee of $61.70 per player includes a non-refundable USTA TennisLink fee ($5.70) and a USTA/Midwest Tennis Assn. head tax ($4.00).

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, September 17, 2018 11:59:00 PM Indiana Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
