Early Development Orange Ball tournaments
are the next progression stage on the
TEAM USA Pathway.
The Orange Ball tournaments helps a player prepare for playing on
the 78 foot court by covering tactical and game development awareness
as well as emphasis on fundamentals and overall athletic development,
BOYS AND GIRLS 10s SPECIFICATIONS FOR 60’ ORANGE BALL Court size of 60’ x 21’ Net Height 3’ Racquet Size to be no longer than 25”
Orange low compression ball Two out of three short sets to 4, no ad
scoring, a 7 point tie break is played for the third set 15 to 20 mins
break between matches, approx. 45 mins of play per match
Athletes
in this tournament if they continue to train and play will progress from Orange Ball to Green dot Ball, follow teaching Pro's suggestions
and recommendations to pursue Youth Progression Events (Sanctioned Tournaments and JTT)
