TOURNAMENT SPONSOR -- "Score at Hand"
During the tournament our event sponsor "Score at Hand" will have a table setup. Here is info on that below: Score At Hand is the new tennis racket scorekeeper that goes right on your tennis racket, making sure you’ll know the score at every point. Inventor Christine recalls, “Often when I was really ‘in the point,’ I struggled to remember the score by the end of the rally. Now, with the touch of a finger, I can adjust Score At Hand to the correct score without interrupting the game. The top portion is used for the game score, and the bottom is used for the set score and tiebreaks. I can’t believe the confidence it has given me to always know the score.” Score At Hand was designed and developed in Hawaii, USA, where tennis is played year-round. Score At Hand works for everyone, but junior and senior players find it especially helpful. You can see Score At Hand in action in this YouTube Video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=59A2l560jHo. Score At Hand supports Kokua Kalihi Valley tennis by donating one dollar for every retail sale. Kokua Kalihi Valley is a non-profit organization supporting youth in Honolulu’s Kalihi neighborhood. Their mission statement includes, “Our youth represent our hopes and our community’s future. KKV’s Youth Services program aims to support Kalihi Valley’s children through all stages of life, building character and enthusiasm in our keiki (children) and `opio (youth) through fun and educational activities.”
