Weather and Schedule Update
Monday matches will be played indoors.
Monday Matches have been moved indoors. First round matches are still as scheduled.
This tournament is scheduled outdoors. We will try to play outside unless there is inclement weather. We have 12 outdoor courts and 6 indoor (back-up courts) if need be.

Release and Waiver Form
All Players playing in this tournament are required to fill out a Release and Waiver Form. You may fill this out and email it to rmcdaniel@evansvilletennis.com or bring it with you to turn in prior to your first match time. This is a required form for all players.

MULTIPLE ENTRIES AND SELECTION PROCESS
Players may choose ONE of the following options, but NOT both: OPTION 1: ENTER any ONE (1) division of TWO (2) concurrent USTA National Level 3 Tournaments (this may be a different division in each tournament); OR OPTION 2: ENTER TWO (2) divisions of ONE (1) USTA National Level 3 tournament Players may PLAY in only ONE division of ONE tournament. Players who register for three (3) or more events will be given 5 suspension points and will only be selected into a maximum of two events
This event is concurrent with the East Bowl. Players may register for both tournaments, however:
• Players who registered for both and are selected for both the Easter Bowl and a March Level 3 must notify the Tournament Committees of which tournament that they would like to participate in by March 19th. • Players who withdraw from one event to participate in the other after the date of March 19th, or who apply for and receive wild cards into the Easter Bowl and then subsequently withdraw from the March Level 3 will be assessed suspension points for withdrawing to play in another tournament. • Players may not participate in both the March Level 3 and the Easter Bowl under any circumstances.

Site Information
All matches are scheduled to be played OUTDOORS at the Wessleman Tennis Center 551 N. Boeke Rd, Evansville, IN 812-401-6060
In the case of inclement weather, please check the tournament page as it will be updated as frequently as possible.We do have access to our indoor facility if needed. If we move indoors for inclement weather we cannot guarantee access to all indoor courts.
Front Desk staff will not be able to answer any tournament questions. Please contact the referee or director.

Draw and Match Formats
Singles - 32 Draw - 2 Sets & Match Tiebreak (in lieu of 3rd set) Doubles - 16 Draw Singles Elimination - 8 Game Pro Set (7 point tiebreak will be used at 8 games all) * Consolation is mandatory and will be played to finals
Doubles will be played first on Saturday and Sunday. Matches will begin at 8:00 am. Order of Play: Saturday 3/24/18 - 2 rounds of doubles, 2 main draw, 1 consolation Sunday 3/25/18 - 1 round of doubles, 2 main draw, 3 consolation Monday 3/26/18 - 1 round of doubles, 1 main draw, 2 consolation

Practice / Warm Up Courts
Players will have complimentary access to warm-up courts (outdoors - tournament site) 90 mins before matches begin each day. Once matches begin, we cannot guarantee a court will be available for warm-up. We ask players accommodate up to 4 players per court.
Indoor courts may be reserved (must pay) Friday evening by calling the club at 812-401-6060. We will waive all guest fees for players. Due to travel arrangements, We will stay open until 9:30pm Friday.

Deadlines
Player Selections will be made no later than 7:00pm (Central Time) March 3rd, 2017
Tuesday, March 6 - Deadline for players on two competitor lists to notify Tournament Directors of which tournament they would like to participate in. Any players who withdraw after this date are not eligible for a refund. Tuesday, March 13 -Players still remaining on two competitors lists after this date will be removed from both and assessed with suspension points.
Players have until March 16 to confirm their doubles partner. After the deadline, any player still signed up for doubles will be paired randomly by the tournament committee.

Player Check-IN
Optional player check-in Friday March 23rd, 7-9 pm at Evansville Tennis Center- 5428 Davis Lant Drive, Players checking in on Saturday- please arrive 20 minutes prior to your first match.
Player gifts, shirts, visitors bag will be handed out. Players must also have their Release and Waiver turned in prior to playing., USTA Junior Player Oath will also be signed at check in

ON-Site Alternates
Alternates may be accepted into the draw, by checking in and be ready to play no later than 15 minutes prior to the first scheduled match time of the event for which they are an alternate. The order of the alternates is based on the original alternate list published by the tournament and not in the order in which the players check-in.

Doubles
Any Player selected for doubles without a partner should email Ryan McDaniel with their partners name and USTA number. We ask that both players send an email confirming they are partners.
The doubles deadline is March 16 @ 5pm. Players may email their name along with their selected partner.

Written Notification Requirements for Withdraws
After play starts, any player coded as "Withdrawal" or "Walkover" on the draw sheet, the player must fulfill the following written verification requirements:
Injury or Illness Written Verification Requirement: If the player is not playing because of an injury or illness, the player shall deliver written verification of the injury or illness from a medical professional to the Referee no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament...
Personal Circumstance Written Verification Requirement: If the player is not playing because of a personal circumstance, the player shall deliver a written description of the situation no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament and the Referee shall determine whether the situation is a personal circumstance.

After selections were made, some players were removed from the original alternate list by mistake. If you were not listed as an alternate please check the updated list above. The mistake has been corrected and the list should include all eligible players.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
