FRIDAY MARCH 23 FROM 4PM -8PM. ALL PLAYERS ARE REQUESTED TO CHECK-IN, SIGNED USTA RELEASE AND USTA WAIVER FORM IS MANDATORY . PICK UP TOURNAMENT T-SHIRT AT THAT TIME. ALL PLAYERS UNABLE TO BE AT REISTRATION ON FRIDAY MUST CHECK IN 45 MINUTES BEFORE FIRST MATCH. PLAYERS PLAYING FIRST MATCH AT THE FULLERTON TENNIS CENTER CAN CHECK IN AT FTC.

Concurrent Entries Not Permitted Without Prior Approval At the time entries close, no player may be entered in two or more sanctioned if any part of the tournaments overlap unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation and concurs in writing. USTA Regulation IV.C.12 Concurrent Entry Into Spring Championships (Easter Bowl) and March Level 3 The entry deadline for the 18s division of the Easter Bowl is Tuesday, February 27th. The entry deadline for the 12s, 14s and 16s divisions National Spring Championships (Easter Bowl) is March 1st. The Main Draw of the 16s and 18s Easter Bowl begins on Monday, March 26th, and Easter Bowl players may not participate in the March L3 on that weekend (March 24-25). · Players who registered for both and are selected for both tournaments must notify the Tournament Committees of which tournament that they would like to participate in by March 19th. · Players who withdraw from one event to participate in the other after the date of March 19th, or who apply for and receive wild cards for the one of the events and then subsequently withdraw from the other will be assessed suspension points for withdrawing to play in another tournament. · Players may not participate in the March Level 3 and the Easter Bowl under any circumstances.

MARCH LEVEL 3 :SELECTION TIMELINE
March Level 3: Selection Timeline March 1st: Entry Deadline March 3rd: Selections Completed March 6th: Deadline for players selected into 2 Level 3 events to notify TDs which event they will play March 13th: If there are players on 2 Level 3 competitors list by this date, they will be withdrawn from both events and coded for concurrent entry March 19th: Deadline for players also registered for Easter Bowl to notify TDs of which event they will play

MULTIPLE ENTRIES AND SELECTION PROCESS
Players may choose ONE of the following options, but NOT both: OPTION 1: ENTER any ONE (1) division of TWO (2) concurrent USTA National Level 3 Tournaments (this may be a different division in each tournament); OR OPTION 2: ENTER TWO (2) divisions of ONE (1) USTA National Level 3 tournament Players may PLAY in only ONE division of ONE tournament. Players who register for three (3) or more events will be given 5 suspension points and will only be selected into a maximum of two events.
This is event is concurrent with the Easter Bowl. Players may register for both, however:

Entry Fee Refund Policy for USTA Junior National Level 3 Tournaments
• Previously Authorized Entries into Concurrent Tournaments: If a player has previously received written authority to enter concurrent tournaments from each Tournament Committee, the player is entitled to a refund from the tournament(s) that will not be played. The TennisLink processing fee paid in addition to the entry fee is not refundable.
• Other Withdrawal After the Entry Deadline: Players who withdraw after the entry deadline for any reason other than a previously autorized entry into concurrent tournaments are not entitled to a refund.

Seeding Criteria for USTA National Level 3 Tournaments
Singles Seeding Criteria for USTA National Level 2 Tournaments, USTA National Level 3 Tournaments, and Additional USTA Junior National Tournaments
Seeding shall be done using the most recently published National Singles Seeding List of the division in the order in which players appear. · Players from the National Singles Seeding List of the division may be moved within major groups (1-4, 5-8, 9-16, 17-32) due to direct wins if players are separated by fewer than 100 ranking points. · Players from the National Singles Seeding List of the division may be moved between major groups due to direct wins if players are separated by fewer than 50 ranking points. · Players not yet considered for seeding who have ratings within the competitive range of those being considered for seeding, may also be considered for seeding. Additionally a player already under consideration for seeding may be seeded higher or lower if justified by the competitive range of the ratings.

It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration.
