HOT TIPS FROM THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR
>COMMUNICATION - Communication will be handled via email to me at chrysa@sparetimeinc.com. Emails will be sent to competitors with helpful information once the Selection Process is complete. Make certain the email you have in the entry registration is correct and add my address to your book to make sure you receive my emails as time can be of the essence. >LEVEL 2 -L2 ranking points will be awarded by USTA. >COURTS - Johnson Ranch Racquet Club has 32 hard courts between the North and South side of club and a majority of courts are lighted. >ENTRY LIMIT - 1 singles and 1 doubles in same division. >LODGING - Book your hotel rooms early - don't miss out on the tournament rates and availability (links below)! >DOUBLES PARTNERS - applicants need to designate their own partners before entries close. We cannot help with doubles partnering until after entries close and acceptances are processed as we do not know who will be playing at our site. This includes forwarding emails to potential partners. We will make a request 1 player at a time and not an entire list of players as this can create confusion, hard feelings and a whole lot of unnecessary back and forth email traffic. >SHARING CONTACT INFORMATION - USTA Legal does not allow us to share any contact information from their system with others. We can forward requests via email with your contact information requesting they contact you but that is as much as we are allowed to help you. >NEW INFO HOT OFF THE PRESS - National Clay Court Championships All Singles finalists and champions of the May National Level 2
will automatically qualify for the same age division of the National Clay Court
Championships. Players must still register for the Clay Court Championships in
order to be considered for the event. To read more about the National
Championship selection process please click "more info" link below. More helpful hints and tips to follow as the tournament draws closer and questions arise.

DOUBLES REGISTRATION & PARTNER DESIGNATION
You must register for doubles online before entries close and you must play doubles in the same division as singles. You may designate a partner online until entries close. After entry close you can designate via email to the Tournament Director (chrysa@sparetimeinc.com). Partner designation will close at 7pm on Friday, May 11th and doubles draws will be posted by no later than 8pm on Friday, May 19th. At 7pm on Friday, May 11th, we will offer a one time opportunity for unpaired players to be randomly partnered before seeding is done and draws are made. NO PARTNER DESIGNATIONS OR SWITCHING WILL BE DONE AFTER DEADLINE unless there is a withdraw and an alternate is added. The alternate would become the new partner for the withdraw as long as it does not invalidate seeding. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE RANDOMLY PAIRED YOU MUST REQUEST YOU BE WITHDRAWN FROM DOUBLES BY NO LATER THAN MAY 11 AT 7PM.
