TOURNAMENT LOCATION
The tournament will be held at Pickerington Central High School, 300
Opportunity Way, Pickerington, OH 43147. All matches will played there.
Report to the high school for court assignment and instructions.

TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR & RACKET STRINGING
The tournament director is Kelli Rings, whose cell phone number and

Kelli, who will hopefully be able to answer your questions. Alann Leinwohl usually assists with stringing, please contact him
to confirm his arrival, if you need racket assistance. Alann has a new

TOURNAMENT FORMAT
All matches will be the best two out of three sets, with a match tie break (first
player to 10 points) used in place of a full third set. Be prepared to
play at least 2 matches a day so we can complete the event within our
allowed time frame.

All players should be available on Monday, May 29 Memorial Day and should be prepared to play up to 2 matches on Monday, Memorial Day.

MATCH TIMES
Matches will begin on Memorial Day. Match times on Monday, May 30, Memorial Day, will begin at 9 AM, 10:30, noon, 1:30, 3 PM, 4:30 and 6 PM depending on draw sizes, may continue most of the day. Matches
during the rest of the week will not begin until 4 PM for juniors,
since Pickerington schools are still in session, and 5:30 for adults.

TOURNAMENT DRAWS AND START TIMES
Draws for the Junior Singles Divisions will be posted as soon as possible. Just above will be a box that says "DRAWS". click on that box, and then the drop down age division you are looking for. We are sill working on a few of the consolation draws, they will be completed shortly. The entire draw for the division will be there with all players and opponents listed and the time of their match. These are the official draws and match times, what is online is the times we are going by. REFER BACK TO IT FREQUENTLY FOR UPDATES.

PLAYER WITHDRAWAL
To withdraw from the tournament, go to the center of this home page for the tournament. This is the same web page upon which the player registered for the tournament. In the middle of the page there is a section called "Edit Registration". The third line down is labeled "Withdraw". The fourth line down is labeled "Find Confirmation Number", if you cannot find that number for withdrawal.
If the confirmation number the player received upon initial registration was lost or cannot be found, click on "Find confirmation number". Enter the players USTA number, and zip code of the players residence. A list of all the tournaments the player has ever registered for will appear. Write down the confirmation number of the tournament from which the player is withdrawing.
Go back to "Withdraw", and enter the players USTA number and confirmation number for the event in that tournament that you want to drop. Click to confirm the player is withdrawing form the tournament. Withdrawal will be done immediately, and the player is out of the tournament.

FLUIDS, GEAR, TOWELS
PLEASE - Make sure you bring lots of fluids with you, You are
responsible for yourself, no one else. Summer can be brutally hot on
court. Rule of thumb is a minimum of a GALLON OF FLUIDS PER MATCH, on
court with you, water or sport drink. Buy 2 water jugs of a gallon each,
they are cheep, so you always have a back up if you have a very long
match. Bring towels and extra tee shirts or outfits. You are responsible
for your performance, and your gear, I.e. Band Aids, braces, wraps,
sweat bands, hats, shoe strings, dry socks, etc.

JUNIOR SINGLES & SEEDING
All junior singles divisions, in this tournament, are USTA sanctioned.
All participants must be a current USTA member of good standing. General
format will be FMLC (first match losers consolation) for all junior
singles events. All participants will play at least 2 matches. Results
will be used for computation of current USTA singles rankings. Every
match a players wins will generate USTA Midwest points for future
ranking purposes. Seeding for each division will be per the latest USTA
Midwest ranking lists, published online every Tuesday.

ADULT SINGLES & DOUBLES
Divisions offered for adults will be Men's Open, 35, 45, 55 and 65 singles, Women's Open and 35 Singles; Men's Open, 35, 45, 55 and 65 Doubles. Women's Open 35 and 45 Doubles; Open Mixed, 35 and 45Mixed Doubles. Entry fees for these divisions which are NOT USTA sanctioned is $20 for singles and $30 per doubles team which may be paid at your first match. To enter, please send an e-mail to kar76nc@aol.com
with your entry information which should include, Name, Address, e-mail, phone, division you wish to enter and doubles partner, if applicable. Note that the tournament committee may combine divisions if necessary.

JUNIOR DOUBLES
All doubles events, both juniors as well as adults, are non sanctioned. We will offer Boys and Girls 18d and 14d. To enter these divisions please send an e-mail to kar76nc@aol.com with your entry information. Entry fee is $30 per doubles team which may be paid at your first match. No USTA doubles points will be awarded for any matches won.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, May 25, 2017 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
