Late Withdrawals Force Changes to Men's Draw
Late withdrawals from the Men's Open event have forced changes to that draw, including some players changing assigned lines. Directly affected players have been notified of the changes; all others may view the revised draws here on the tournament site.

Draws/Schedules Published
Full draws and schedules are now published and available for viewing. For those with Friday matches, be aware that afternoon traffic on I-270 can be quite heavy. Please leave sufficient time to arrive safely at the facility before your scheduled start time. In fairness to your opponent, lateness penalties will be enforced.

Avoidance Requests are accepted only from players who have registered to play in the tournament. To be considered, an avoidance request must be received by the Referee (dave_pullen@outlook.com) as soon after registration as possible, and in any event not later than the close of entries. Where a timely filed avoidance cannot be honored, the Referee will contact the requesting player prior to publication of the draws. This will allow the player to decide whether to remain in the tournament, or withdraw and receive full refund of the entry fee (except for the ACTIVE.COM administrative fee, which is never refundable).
